Based in Carrollton, Texas, our company strives to guide business owners through the process of ownership transition. Our brokers have a combined experience of over 40 years with a variety of industry specializations. Our highly trusted brokers are masters in converting a business owner’s hard-earned business equity into cash, while also helping buyers realize their dream of becoming independent business owners.
Founded in 1998 and rebranded as Gateway in 2007, the company is made up of three divisions: Gateway Mergers & Acquisitions, Gateway School Sales, and Gateway Business Sales. Industries represented include manufacturing, distribution, retail, automotive, service industries, and more. Gateway Mergers & Acquisitions handles primarily lower middle market transactions with revenues above $5 million. Gateway Business Sales handles main street business transactions with revenues of under $5 million. Gateway School Sales specializes in selling preschools, private primary schools, and other education-related businesses.
